"It is important to understand how this business unit is viewed within the larger corporation prior to joining the team."

"We are not focused or supportive of growing our business."

"A decision needs to be made to invest in our business unit and support future growth or get of of this business segment."

"Go find a job somewhere else, seriously look somewhere else."

"Low walls in the cube farm, make it very difficult to concentrate."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I wouldn't take a $149 million bonus at the end of the year."

"Concerned only about the money! Patient safety doesn't matter as long as the insurance companies are seeing lots of self care instead of being seen."

"Typical bureaucratic environment; too many petty rules. Some managers are caught up with their titles or manage by fear."

"Shift more control and decision making to local management and stop worrying about the chance of a law suit."

"The company culture was non-collaborative and very turfish. Teamwork is a foreign concept at McKesson Medical Surgical."

"Abandon the the cult of personality developed by over-reliance on charismatic leadership styles in the highest positions. Focus on the customer."
