"To be aware and appreciative of those whom go that extra mile or two. And let it be known at lease to the individual, yet not only by giving extra duties, but a little incentive to go with it would really be motivating for both parties."

"The high turnover. Management seems content in hiring someone who may not be qualified without doing a thorough interview."

"The program I was over was a non call center project yet they tried to fit into a call center model. This needs to be changed."
