"Backlog of implementing software we sold. Benefit package was extremely expensive... our family of 3 paid $600/mo. Work/Home life balance was nil."

"The cleaning up of previous employees, without acknowledgement, and very low promotional reviews; even with great ratings."

"To be aware and appreciative of those whom go that extra mile or two. And let it be known at lease to the individual, yet not only by giving extra duties, but a little incentive to go with it would really be motivating for both parties."

"They say they want you to have work life balance, but mostly they don't care. There is not enough information for the employees as the industry was going."

"Our management really needs to improve on their ethnics as well as leadership. Atmosphere is important to the staff. Good atmosphere good productivity."

"It gave me insight to the pharma side of things. We were on a project for a bio med and that was interesting."

"Be prepared to work in a call center."

"The high turnover. Management seems content in hiring someone who may not be qualified without doing a thorough interview."

"The program I was over was a non call center project yet they tried to fit into a call center model. This needs to be changed."

"Compensation is low, commission program is poor, bonus poor, hardware and working conditions are outdated and often purchased used from used office furniture companies."
