"McKesson taught me how to become a professional corporate assistant. In addition it treated all its employees well and paid most of my university expenses. By McKesson providing its employees with educational assistance they contributed -- albeit unknowingly -- to the overall welfare of their employees and the world."

"The Good: This company provides their employees with good benefits. The healthcare coverage options, stock sharing plan and vitality system. The Bad: This company does not pay well to their employees, the profits that this company making keep increasing, but hourly wages only increase by fraction of the dollar each year. This company does a poor job in investing in their employees. Its hard to get a hold of human resources; our human resources department in the building was closed many years ago. Its hard to improve employee's skills, because there are no professional trainers only online classes, and they can only be taken at work. Most people cant take online classes at work, because they are working. Company does a poor job putting time in their employees, turnover rate for employees is very high."

"I worked for McKesson Automation, Inc in Cranberry, PA for over 6 years and in my time there I would say it is a good place to work if you're not a mover and a shaker. If you're good with making alright money (a little below competitive) with alright benefits in an environment with good job security and lenient management, this is the company for you. If you're out to make good money and get great benefits and work in a faster-pace, higher-energy environment you may want to broaden your horizons."
