4.6Mcdermott as a whole I believe to be a good company. I think certain areas of the business are failing especially with the CB&I buyout. My supervisors and co-workers have been great to work with and I believe the CEO has a plan to be successful moving forward.
2.4I've worked with McDermott past 3 years. And my personal opinion, that some people are low qualified for positions which they handle. And being an enthusiastic dedicated worker with patience to new knowledge and challenges - that's not what the company is seeking. I had the chance to met great people on both of my Projects, and I love the flexibility with McDermott. I wish I would have more management support.
