"I had a lot of autonomy at Cape, with an excellent leadership team."

"Cape is a good organization, and while their focus has changed from what it was when I began, it is still a good, quality organization."
What don't you like about working at Cape Bank?
"When the company went through a leadership transition I felt that it moved away from being community-focused and towards a focus on stockholders, which felt as though it was in opposition to our culture."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Do not forget about the individuals and businesses in the community that enabled you to grow into who you are today."

"My immediate supervisors and peers in the interactive marketing group were phenomenal. They were by far the most talented, innovative and down-to-earth people I've ever had the pleasure of working for/with thus far."

"Dimensional is a great company if you're interested in investment management, financial research and like cushy office jobs."
What don't you like about working at Dimensional Fund Advisors?
"I'm not very interested in investment management and would much rather be focused more on social media marketing and/or more creative industries."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Dimensional was and continues to be going through the growing pains of evolving from a small company to a medium-sized company. They haven't been very good at being honest and open with their employees about future plans for the company and it created a lot of unrest and distrust."
