"My compensation was low, but so was the time requirements, and potential for growth had I been willing to relocate, which wasn't an option at the time."

"Have energy, and be wiling to prove yourself and you will be rewarded."

"One of the partners is a good friend of mine that I have had the pleasure of working with on most of my professional ventures."

"I tried to stay out of that side of things as a contractor, however communication needed work."
