"Research the company assets: products, blogs, employees, stock history and Executive letters. After researching ask yourself, do I want to come aboard because the best employees are self motivated and belong to the work family."

"The pay."

"Manager should have a better compensation plain. However branch managers do not have the ability to determine wages but the highest ranking areas and branches compensated their employees in other ways."

"It is very difficult for most people to get promoted with Enterprise. I know some people that have been a management trainee for 3 years and have not received a raise at all."
