"I have been relying on my boss to provide me with full-time benefits and a more secure job position, but my job status has not yet changed."

"The management overall seems very well organized. Only suggestion would be to try to incorporate the West Coast branch of my current company with the East Coast."

"Independent work, my co-workers, above all it's HawaiI so everyone is more laid back."

"Smile a lot and really research your job, I had a panel interview and they read off the questions which were redundant."

"The culture that management presents, the name of the game is not how good your supervisor thinks you are but how much he/she likes you."

"Too political, there's too many meetings every week about stupid stuff that can be taken care of by one person."

"The opportunities aren't as great as they used to be. I also prefer B2B sales over management."

"Constantly training and developing your employees not only for better service to customers but to expand their knowledge and understanding of the business."
What do you like about working at Federal Aviation Administration?
"It's a challenge to keep things in order and keeping with pressing deadlines. Makes me feel like an honest days work has been done without sweating. There is plenty of room for growth."

"Do as much training as possible to learn what airports is all about and continue to push for innovation."
What don't you like about working at Federal Aviation Administration?
"Lack of team work, motivation to do better, and be progressive in the technology world. Behind as far as being paperless and everyone isn't so excited about going paperless. Makes work slow and expensive. They put our rules, without providing steps to acheive them."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would ensure employees were recognized and appreciated by having company events, i.e. bbq's, giveaways, on employee appreciate day at the least. For the office, I would supply a cake, light snacks, etc every so often. I would encourage people to have cheerful things on their desk, i.e. pictures, plants, color, etc. I would be honest with people about their short comings and have them set goals for themselves, of course, having them write what they think their strengths are."

"What I enjoyed about working for the company, is that is was a fast pace working environment. Great people to work with and for."

"Working for this company is great if you are just getting out of college or you are in college. It is definitely a resume builder. Just have a positive attitude and great energy."
What don't you like about working at Enterprise Holdings?
"One of the main problems that I dont like working for this company is that there is no flexiblity with the work schedule. And we were not allowed to get overtime."

"One suggestion I have for management is that we should have a flexible work schedule."

"I do like the aspects of that I have learned about the business. I have learned alot about corporate America."

"I would tell them to ask about the retention rate of that area in which you are applying for, This gives somewhat of an indication of the area"

"All management does not always deserve promotion, but they get it based on numbers"

"I would make sure there is balance and equality among staff. I would also promote real ethical practices."

"Being out of the office majority of the time. It keeps the stress low."

"They take a lot of time away from you life. Search your background lifestyle and ensure that it isn't a threat to them continuously."

"The employees have to do too much on a daily basis for the day to day operations to be successful."

"I would have more staffing so my employees don't work more than 40 hours a week."

"Hours and repetitive nature. If there were other fields of the industry to work in the job would not be as tedious."

"Be careful not to burn out your employees. Give the training managers more responsibility, therefore the job is not as tedious and they have a chance to grow."
