What do you like about working at Aerotek?
"I liked the sharing of knowledge with co-workers. My department manager was a wealth of information. There were very few issues with co-workers or management. I liked knowing that what I brought to the table actually counted. There was quality work throughout the company and excellent safety protocols."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be completely honest. There is no shame in not knowing everything. You have to be open to changing projects mid-stream. Your position is essential to all the other employees."
What don't you like about working at Aerotek?
"Actually, I thoroughly enjoyed my job. I had no complaints at all. The day shift at times seemed to be preferred by our boss, but I tend to believe that was his sense of humor. Nothing worth worrying about."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Feel blessed that you have such an awesome crew. Trust that we know what we are doing."
What do you like about working at JM Eagle?
"It is a challenging environment. The personnel rewards that you get when you repair or modify equipment and see product being made."

"Be prepared to work in excess of 60 hours a week."
What don't you like about working at JM Eagle?
"The Stress is very high. The plant manager tends to favor production and does not want to give maintenance the time or manpower needed to perform the job."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Work with maintenance. They are there to help. Provide the additional manpower needed to complete task and eliminate excessive overtime."

"The experience that I am getting in the company and that I am learning the new maintenance skills."

"I would tell them to learn about the company and what the company does."

"I don't like that I am not getting more Engineering experience."

"I would suggest to give more training in the important positions in the company to make them stronger"

"The management I worked for was not willing to give time off to study for final exams even though the position was taken with the understanding of time for class."

"Stick to the negotiated terms of the hiring contract. Be a little more open minded toward part time employees."

"No real room to advance. Supervisor jobs are very limited."

"They need to follow up on employees and their jobs to have a better idea of what is going on with the company and employees"

"No not at this time. Sun has very extensive testing and interviewing processes."

"Swing shift, no room to advancement, too much micro management."

"I realy like working with the people and the people that came to visit the parks were all so nice, and enjoyed what we did to keep the parks nice."

"Same as the last always be open and honest about everything you do,so if you do something the boss doesn't like it won't be as bad for you own up to your mistakes not cover them up."

"Tha cold winters being outside shoveling the snow. The fact that we seem to do roof repair in the winter instead of the spring really didn't seem like the right time to do that."

"Open up the chance for staff to advance and give them more money to beable to buy Insurance being they didn't give it to you."

"70+ hours a week plus holidays were mandatory due to production needs to maintain 30 + year old equipment working beyond its limits."

"Sometimes we dont have the support for our supervisor and there is always a figthing between production and maintenance depts,sometimes they forget they work for the same company"
