The Plant Manager will chew on the Maintenance Manager and then the two of them will find fault with whatever you have done; be it major or minor. Then they will blame each other when they discuss it with you."

The fast paced environment eliminates any monotony and ensures that I have the ability to think and grow daily. However, the positions and physical requirements do take a toll on your body.
