"Don't waste your time. Seek employment elsewhere. In the short time I was employed with Northeast Foods it was obvious their culture always in dire need of change."

"there was no management support, they have a poor ways to treat the personel. they do not provide any training on new equiepment"

"the technicians working on different stores know what is going on with the racks at those stores , mgr needs to get more involve with tech, to make productivity better"

"The benefits are good and the salary is decent, depending on the customer we serve it is a decent company."

"The product does not always live up to its standards. The customer calls all of the shots and nobody seems to stand up for the company. It seems that poor performers are only held accountable twice a year, at mid-year and end of year performance reviews. Anything that happens in between is just Documented"

"Review the customer contract every 24 months. Work with the customer to make changes according to customer needs without sacrificing the company's quality and resources."

"The ability to travel to Antarctica! I do enjoy traveling for work and working in this position for this company has been highly rewarding. Working in such an amazing place and working with a talented staff."
