"The work was at times very interesting and results can be rewarding on a personal level. I loved the challenges. On a less positive note, I did not enjoy working every Saturday for many months in a row with zero compensation or recognition."
"I love the fact that as a Supervisor I was able to create the schedules for the employees as well as preview any job to insure that the environment was as safe as possible to work in. I also liked the fact that I had built an extremely great working relationship with the client and it showed because they would ask for and welcome any input given for problems they were having. The part that I did not like is being called all hours of the night 24/7 to come in for emergency work."

"Ask for top dollar. Raises are not given often. One must be doing exceptionally well to be recognized for a wage increase."

"Huge amount of tasks to be completed for the low wages with no form of compensation."

"always on call for problems. but could troubleshoot 90% of the issues over the phone"

"owner sold the lanes. he no longer has anything to do with the lanes. Would try to have him bring in more business"
