"Working at USPS Bulk Center is a very good place to work because we work as a team to get the job done. We appreciate each other and we enjoy, and it's a pleasure to work here."
What don't you like about working at US Postal Service?
"There have been a lot changes, in general. They cut off employment, they're hiring casual employees to get rid mostly of regular federal employees."

"Let the newly hired regular federal employees work longer and retain wrongful termination."

"I would do it again if possible. Loved Kuwait and the people I worked with. For the most part just what I expected."

"Too many chiefs, which was had people in positions not by merit but by associations."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Understand that although compensation is excellent,provisions SHOULD be made for better communications with family back home..i.e. Internet Access provided and or cell phone subsidized. Both although available were too dependent on availability at any given time and not on when the individual had the time."

"I never had to worry about how my bills were gonna get paid. And the very little supervision needed once out of the office."

"Be positive, cheerful, let them know even for the simple things you will always consult with management about any issues."

"The very unpleasant and dishonest management. The people were so negative and gloomy. Never being able to take any time off unless someone died."

"Learn to show some type of appreciation for the people that work for you. Create a positive atmosphere for your establishment. Find a way to be accurate with information given out to employees."

"They rehired me from a layoff by Media Print from September 2008."

"Only to instruct on handling of product and insertion in filling machinery. Safety buttons, and reading of job assignment list."
