Product Design Engineer

"I was hired to help with FEA, FTA, DFMEA, ect. However, I was unable to use some of these skills. I was overwhelmed with the amount of current issues on their mowers. Only half the parts were modeled or drafted correctly. No tolerance was applied. The company was in financial problems and kept it from their employees. The assembly line was constantly shut down because parts were not ordered on time. On 11/18/2013 Dixie Chopper went Dormant, laid off 85% of its employees."
