"The company is too small with too much work for anyone one that isn't absolutely brilliant. Show them that you are."

"The company was not very good at selecting professional outside vendor partners, which often caused wasted effort and needless heroics to meet unrealistic deadlines."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"When dealing with marketing people forget about customer collaboration - you have to use contract negotiation. They will only deliver complete and accurate design requirements on time if you use both a carrot and a stick."
