"Worked at MDA from 2015-2019. The work done is of the highest caliber and there are very interesting projects. However, with the changes in management, the future direction is not clear and the project pipeline does not seem as exciting as in previous years. Great place to grow; currently, not the best place to stay."
"I have worked for Alliance space systems as soon as I was finished with my army term. I have spear headed many new programs while improving the quality assurance of the customer. "The Pay is less than the market, sometime the schedule is too tight, which hurt the software quality."

"Need more clear communication with employees. People should have more exposure to other project when there is a need to switch project."
