Submit a Review"I love the people I work with along with the entire logistics process. I get to consistently communicate with many different people while doing something I enjoy. What I do not like is that sometimes there are many different people communicating different messages to you throughout the day. There is no need to have to hear one message repeated eight times."

"I like working at the place I love to shop."

"This is a great place to work if you do not need the income to pay bills and eat."
What don't you like about working at Target?
"There are too many politics you have to follow in order to make sure you have the most pleasant day at work. Communication is horrible and upper management is not really hands on. Team Leads need more training as to how to be a lead."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would pay employees more, hire less and give the ones that already work there more hours. I would have more recognition of hard working employees."

"Target will generally hire anyone who meets the Fast, Fun, and Friendly company motto."
What don't you like about working at Target?
"Poor pay and harmful hour cuts when things are slow."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Your level one team members need more consideration beyond just when they are at work, but also whether they think they should return. A lot of my co-workers need second jobs to survive, and those that are in school tend not to be able to manage all 3 very well."

"I rarely complain. I also rarely praise. I have no constraints at work. If so, I always seem to get the job done."
