"I feel as though I am being underpaid, which the CEO has actually come out to admit once during a company wide meeting. However, he states that because the company pays for part of the health and dental benefits which balances out our less than competitive compensation. In our competitor's company, for the same job duties as mine, they are paid about $18.50 starting, while at QTC, after two annual raises I am compensated at $16.97."

"About right I think. At LMCO I was at the middle of the salary range for that position. The next question is would I change jobs if another company offered more. A yes/no answer is not sufficient. I left because of a layoff and I wasn't looking for another job at time. I fully intended on staying there till I was ready to retire. I answered no, but I would be lying if someone offered me twice my salary. It would have to be considered since I do have kids that need to go to college."

"The salary seemed fair since I was developing ASP. NET which I'm not as familiar with. If I were to have the opportunity to develop in PHP, I believe my skills and training would justify a higher pay grade and allow me to offer much more to the customer."
