4.4LinQuest is a small business trying to become a large business. Linquest is experiencing some growing pains with executive management that still operates in a very small business paradigm. LinQuest executives need to perform more effectively in order for the business to succeed and grow.
3.8Overall a good working atmosphere but heavily leveraged on many contracts that have not been formally awarded. This has caused new grads a lot of frustration since our management is overconfident that we will win the award and so staffing is a real challenge. LinQuest tends to hire in advance of major awards (>10% of expected revenue) and thus mass layoffs are common.
3Most of the time employees work directly with the clients and the management may not have full awareness of the employees' contributions and capabilities. A tighter communications between employees and managements would be desirable.
