"Don't !!!!!!!!! Unless you are absolutely desperate for a job, DO NOT apply for a position in the Muncie area. If you do, be prepared to be humiliated, and to pucker up."

"Management and Supervisors lazy, and stupid at best. Poor listening skills. Can't perform jobs they expect CSR's to do. Where do you want me to stop Company has some good retirement pkgs."

"Stop thinking about what you are having for lunch, and listen to the employees. Sometimes they have good ideas that would help the company, or at least the office and the moral."

"Virtualization envirment was strong in Solaris Zones which I didn't see much future in. Vmware was not expnding fast enough"

"Compensation is strictly commision, based on the skill of the photographer's partner. Those responsible for securing work dates often couldn't keep the schedule full. It became, in effect, a part-time job."
