What do you like about working at United States Navy?
"The mission is vital and I can make an impact. Working in situations where mission success is critical depends on my actions and the actions of the people I lead is the type of situation that energizes me."

"Remember it is all about the people and mission. People are what makes the Navy strong and capable of meeting its mission, and if you take great care of the people, it will remain strong and continue to meet its mission."
What don't you like about working at United States Navy?
"Having to leave my family numerous times for six months or more, especially when my children were young. All my children are grown now, but leaving my wife for more that a month is the only down side of service to our nation."

"Keep doing what you are doing, it is working well."
