"Leatherman is a great company to work with with the only exception of the executive team. Not that they are bad. I put some thought into what the problem is with this executive team. I feel they are very week leaders, and this leads to the lack of how to manage people and businesses. That being said I would still recommend taking a look at Leatherman."
