Lead Medical Technologist at Johns Hopkins Hospital
in Baltimore, MD

"I love the Immunology Department. My expertise is in reading ANA Hep2 cell lines. This department is a nice mix of automation and manually testing. Being a lead as allowed me to use my experience to make decisions that help the department. I have written SOPs and validated many instruments and procedures, all duties that a Lead/Supervisor are charged with. I thrive at this level with my technical, hands-on background. I will be able to translate what I have learned in the Immunology Department with any Medical Laboratory."
