"I absolutely love my managers!! Best team to work for. I wish the pay was a little higher for the amount of workload we have. But probably the best company I've ever worked for. Wish the pay was more. Not too fond of the Telogis system. Wish the system didn't route us all over the place."

"the traveling and being out doors, the fact that I could get more then 40 hrs a week."

"Do not talk back at all he will probably take it the wrong way and not understand what you are talking about, or he will just think you are talking bad about what he does"

What don't you like about working at Octavian’s Lawncare?

"The owner and the way he ran the company, he is from Romania and doesn't speak the clearest."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get a new owner and hire legal people to work for him."

"TruGreen ChemLawn was a good place to work if you like that work."

What do you like about working at TruGreen?

"I worked hard and accomplished records. I became the #1 tech in the branch for 2 1/2 years."

What don't you like about working at TruGreen?

"TruGreen ChemLawn pushed the techs too hard, and as a result lawns were not treated right. A lot of business was lost."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Treat the lawns still as fast as possible, but take care of the lawn properly."
