One thing I've never had at my other jobs is a true sense of unity. Of belonging. At TruGreen I do. From my coworker to the owner we're a team. And we're the best. I wish I made a little more money. Or had some better incentives. And the fact that we can only operate full time 9-10 months out of the year."
