"The former CFO gave me a lot of room to develop and set up the MAS 200 system. I developed the cost and budget system that is still used today."

What don't you like about working at LAMBDA Electronics?

"The micro management by the president. Accounting was not allowed to function as a team and do the work needed."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Let accounting do the job they were hired for and not interfere."
