What do you like about working at Lafarge?
International Company
What don't you like about working at Lafarge?
Poor selection in Executive Management from Operations Manager up. Recognition not based on merit rather based on personal selections of ill qualified Senior Management. VP of Manufacturing, VP of Human Resources, Plant Manager all need work.
What suggestions do you have for management?
What comes around goes around; trust that many of us will be on the sidelines when your day comes.

Potentially great employer however currently in the wrong managements hands.

Don't do it, unemployment is better than the dysfunction of this company.
