"when their is no any personal growth of any employer status in the market ."

"do not make any decision without the permission of your CEO excepting emergency"

"There are limitations such as insurance is too expensive for the programs, and you don't get any options for retirement ."

"I really cannot complain except for above, my contractor has treated me well."

"Senior Management processes and thoughts."

"Hire people based on skill level, not just on personality of the person. I think it should be a combination of both, and then see if they fit with the other personalities of the team. Also, to hire people who are hungry to learn and accept new technologies and challenges."

"I would not recommend Dell to anyone. The computers are cheap and they treat their workers exactly like the same, cheap. . ."

"The fact that I didn't have to actually do anything to get paid."

"Just act like an nerd and you will get the job. Be ready to get laid off at any time though. That is what happened to me."

"It was the most boring and stressful job that could ever exist."

"Treat you employees like people and trying providing some incentives. Decent insurance would be a plus."
