"I am working here at L-3 PPI for near 4 years as a power design engineer and gained good experience working in motor drive and actuator control applications; however, I found workplace practices unethical conducts; senior engineering staffs and often executive members verbally harass young and bright engineers. This place practices military power ranking rule of conduct on civilian engineers."
