Our customer supplies and services lines of bagged candies, snacks, and canned nuts as well as numerous brand name candy items. Usually the Monday or Friday is 5 hrs and the other two days are 3hrs ea. We don't set what time they go in but mornings are preferred since there are fewer customers at that time and it makes it easier to service but someone could go in any time on those days. You will be responsible for merchandising and replenishment of all displays and display areas allocated to our customer's products. Proper rotation of product is required. The positioning of the product and the product selection must be followed to ensure maximum sales. Back stock area in the store must be organized and efficiently maintained to ensure adequate inventory between deliveries. Rotation of back stock must be adhered to at all times. <![CDATA[ Kelly Services has Customer Service Rep openings for our client, one of the nation's leading health insurance providers, at their location in Windsor Mill, MD. This is a 3 month assignment paying $14.75 per hour starting January 19th. Hours are Monday - Friday and weekends 8:30 AM - 5 PM or 10:30 AM - 7 PM. JOB DESCRIPTION:Successfully completed the required basic training, able to perform basic job functions with help from co-workers and managers on non-basic issues. Must pass the appropriate pre-employment test battery. MAJOR JOB DUTIES:Responds to Provider questions via telephone and written correspondence regarding Medicare benefits, provider contracts, eligibility and claims. Analyzes problems and provides information/solutions. Operates a PC/image station to obtain and extract information; documents information, activities and changes in the database. Thoroughly documents inquiry outcomes for accurate tracking and analysis. Develops and maintains positive provider relations and coordinates with various functions within the company to ensure requests and questions are handled appropriately and in a timely manner. Researches and analyzes data to address operational challenges and provider service issues. Provides external and internal customers with requested information. Under immediate supervision, receives and places follow-up telephone calls / e-mails to answer questions that are routine in nature. Uses computerized systems for tracking, information gathering and troubleshooting. Requires limited knowledge of NGS Medicare services, products, insurance benefits, provider contracts and claims. Seeks, understands and responds to the needs and expectations of internal and external customers. Required to meet department goals. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:Requires a HS diploma or GED; up to 1 year of previous experience in an automated customer service environment; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Payroll Specialist

<![CDATA[ Payroll Specialist &ndash; Seattle, WA This is a direct hire position with a great company in Seattle with a waterfront location and an employee parking lot. Description The Payroll Specialist will process multiple bi-weekly payrolls for both exempt and non-exempt employees in a multi-state environment. At peak capacity, the payroll load includes as many as 2,000 employees. Payroll processing includes ancillary payroll tasks including audits, tax payments, G/L reconciliation, garnishments and deductions, adjustments and documenting procedures. Responsible for preparing various reports, maintaining accurate files and accounting records as well as conducting analysis and account reconciliation on a frequent basis. Position reports to AP/PR Manager and is non-exempt from overtime (paid for overtime). Duties and Responsibilities: &middot; Process multiple bi-weekly payrolls for exempt and non-exempt employees. This is high frequency, time-sensitive work. &middot; Maintain knowledge of tax rules and regulations that govern payroll administration practices and ensure that payroll-related transactions are processed in compliance with external and internal policies, as well as applicable federal, state, and local regulations. &middot; Perform General Ledger reconciliation process for all payroll accounts. Generate reports for actuals and accruals. Work with the Finance department on bank reconciliation. &middot; Manage reconciliation of employee receivables. &middot; Set up, process, and maintain changes to an employee&rsquo;s voluntary and involuntary deductions such as direct deposits, benefits and garnishments. &middot; Reconcile and calculate payroll adjustments, issue checks, process manual checks and void checks as needed. &middot; Assist with filing all required payroll tax reports and processing payments. &middot; Prepare accounts payable garnishment check requests and 401(k) wire payments as required. &middot; Assist department managers and staff by answering payroll procedural questions, as well as researching and resolving payroll problems and discrepancies. &middot; Run and provide post payroll reports for 401(k) and deferred compensation to facilitate reconciliation for proper financial reporting and auditing. &middot; Process all taxable fringe benefits along with all other year-end entries; review and assist in the distribution of employee W-2s. &middot; Work with HR department and employees to process replacement payroll checks. &middot; Work with HR department to collaboratively administer all company attendance and time reporting, benefits and payroll policies. &middot; Assist with special projects as required. &middot; Prepare supporting schedules for annual audit. &middot; Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements &middot; Associate&rsquo;s degree or higher in Business with an accounting focus strongly preferred &middot; 3+ years of high volume payroll processing experience in a multi-state environment &middot; Experience handling bonuses, 401(k) and other benefits &middot; Excellent customer-service orientation and a high degree of professionalism &middot; Flexible, able to multi-task with exceptional attention to detail &middot; Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills &middot; Knowledge of payroll policies, procedures and regulations as well as general accounting and accrual principals &middot; Experience with month-end close and reconciliation processes &middot; Proficiency in research and resolutions, problem-solving and data analysis &middot; Extensive experience and proficiency with UltiPro or similar HRIS systems and MS Office Suite Work Schedule Core hours are Monday &ndash; Friday 8 AM &ndash; 5 PM.
