"Most realtors were horrible money managers when proceeds from their sales came in. Most of the time it was already spent, and the books still couldn't be balanced (often no matter how many incoming receivables there were)."

"Invest in competent office managers, as well as financial advisors to track and monitor their spending. Set budgets for them. Then listen to the advice given and allow those who can to do."
