"Figure out what's going on and if people are doing the job that is expected of them. If not, consult them to that expectation or send them on."

"I would like management to provide growth/education opportunities to enhance productivity. I also think it is important to have an Open Door policy, so new ideas can be discussed and implemented in a timely fashion. Travel incentives would also be a nice perk!"
