"DePuy Orthopaedics is a great company, exciting job selling into the operating room and working with surgeons on a daily basis."

What don't you like about working at Johnson & Johnson?

"I was told I would have my own territory within the first year and it has been two and a half years. I need a new challenge and the ability to increase my income, and that isn't available with DePuy currently."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Listen to your sales reps and get out in the field to have a true understanding of what goes on."
