"Great place to work! I strongly recommend working at Johnson and Johnson."
"I have been working at McNeil for over 1 year. The company has very good benefits and compensation. However, the culture at the particular site needs a serious makeover to create an ideal work place for all employees. Specifically, team work, transparency, trust, inclusion and listening to new/better ideas need significant improvement."
"There are two cultures at J and J IT; Employees and Contractors. There is a strong old-guard element among employees that sees consultants as enemies, as potential threats, and as substandard. The message is that consultants cannot be trusted, they must always be supervised (read micro-managed) and they never have the firms' best interests in mind. Sadly, while this is slowly changing, there are a number of older lower level managers who still think this way and they act to inhibit quality work."
"A world class organization that is a true pleasure to work for."
"It is very good place to work."

"I like that my coworkers make a great team and it feels like a family as we work together. I appreciate the open mind to criticism and eagerness to create innovative designs."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"I advice to be yourself and have a true understanding of successful design that creates profit. Also only apply if you have a true interest in the products/industry or else you're lack there of will show. You must be an expert in package design especially when it comes to pre-press. Alot of people can design but to actually create a file ready for print is different. An understanding of dielines, paper/plastic options, color, type, legal requirements and more can help you gain that extra edge in getting the position."

"I suggest that management push to move forward with innovative designs when politics do come into play. I wish they could provide better research in support of successful creative."
