"It's what I love to do. The people and the company are great. Even though I'm only an intern I'm able to work on licenses that are worth hundreds of millions to the company. I'm able to give my input on design and have free reign to design and create."

"Have a strong portfolio. They are really good there. It's a great work environment."

"It's only temporary. I wish it was a permanent job."

"Management needs alot of work. Top level management is putting the company at risk of bankruptcy, poor planning and bad decisions caused over 1/3 of the company to be laid off including entire departments."

"A lot of hands on work due to smaller company size. Love the fact there are many faucets coming at you all at once to balance and grow with. Great team work."

"Know that you need to be a person who can roll up your sleeves, take on all tasks, and be able to roll with the punches as items come at you quickly. A job at Jakks Pacific is not for the weak hearted but if you love a fast paced puzzle - then you will love working there as I did."

"It's location as there is no direct route to Malibu unless you are rich and own a helicopter or live there."

"Management at Jakks Though we could pull off making products with a 5 month deadline, the company needs to no make short deadlines a norm. Too many items get missed when that occurs. Product looses some quality to it."
