"It is a manufacturing enviroment so everything is continually filthy, most employes are not computer literate nor do they have internet access or computers in their homes..."

"Upgrade the entire network enviroment to a virtual one, have regular computer training seminars."

"The people, for the most part, were great. My coworkers all really cared about their job."

"Don't expect to stay long. And make sure you get every communication with anyone in writing."
What don't you like about working at Radio Systems?
"Management would stab you in the back in an instant if it suited their current political goal. Politics is king at RSC. For such a small company, it's absolutely incredible how terrible it is."

"Grow up. Don't blame things on the people you have who work hard to support you. Stabbing them in the back is poisoning your culture."

"Relative independence. Ability to take on new projects based on self-initiative."

"Incompetent business management. Lack of technically/business minded co-workers."

"I was able to work out of my Home office 4days a week. via a VPN connection as well as a Special IP direct phone link, that allowed customers to receive and send calls through Ricoh to me."
