"No benefits and temporary contract. Would like a permanent position in IT."

"I am able to assist lots of very nice end users with their issues, allowing them to do their work."

"Negotiate ahead of time for an environment free from Micro management, free from arrogance and incompetence."

"I don't like the work environment I work in because of the constant micro management and Resistance I get from someone that has a third of my experience."

"Stop looking at everything as a cost basis and start looking at economic costs, morale costs and productivity costs."

"VERY limited career growth in the IT department holds people back. So, one has to plan for outside of TechSoup. This is sad."

"Declining business is the cause of the closure of the facility I worked for."
