"If it is a good stepping stone position for you, then go for it, and best of luck. Just know that the bottom dollar you see on the posted salary range is what you will be getting - and keeping for your employment."

"The company doesn't see to care if they keep workers or not, there is no retention focus."

"Spend a little more on employee retention, and less on new employees/equipment."

"I was able to work remotely. The compensation was adequate."

"No, the interview was easy. The company was disorganized enough that if you were confident and knew your stuff 70% or better you would win a 2nd interview and probably get the job."
What don't you like about working at Citrix Systems?
"No leadership, no direction, no communication within my team. My manager was an engineer gone management and was not an effective leader. Said manager was a micro manager and would not take his hands off the wheel to let the team innovate and do the work required."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Force some communication, leadership and/or management training on managers who manage and lead people."
