"QA Manager, limited time for testing. Development having issues with corrections done in a timely manner. I work early to get jobs/testing done, the company comes in late and works late to finish what they are working on. Hard to get things fixed with conflicting work times. IT manager, limited resources. Keeping systems running sometimes well past hardware expiration dates. But having access to multiple systems to spread workload makes my life in testing a whole lot easier."

So the thing I love about being the IT Manager is that I get to choose how I want things done, and there's nothing to hate about the job. If you're the type that likes to make a difference in people's lives, then this job is definitely that. I always was told by many that I made work easier and/or helped them enjoy coming to work.
