"I love being a part of everyone's "job description" in the way that I help keep them busy and productive by taking care of their IT equipment. I am very customer support driven and that extends to my peers as well as management: I want to give everyone the best possible computing experience. The downside is it's hard to show that I have made tremendous strides in VDI optimization as well as software automation and image deployment, as well as Cisco Routing, as those requirements are typically not the role of a Desktop Support Technician."
