"I love being an IT Coordinator but, I find that not all of my skills are being used at my current location. I feel that it's a good start. It is more of in between a very independent job and team based job. Which makes it somewhat easy to get promoted and move on. I want to learn more techniques and hone in on my current skills. I always loved computers and cyber security which is what I would love to be doing."
"IT Coordinator is rather monotonous as a job. This is what really inspired me to delve deeper into web and media design/development."
"I really do love it because I am allowed to work in many areas of IT. The downside is I don't have a fixed specialty and am there a jack of many IT trades which is good however may hinder earning potential later in my career . I do love the work though and as long as I can provide I am fine from that point of view."

"Just be yourself and relax. They are very family oriented."

"New CEO never gave me a chance. She started about a week before a server migration that went wrong. Didn't look at all the positive I did before she started."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Stand up for employees to new CEO with work that has been done that CEO doesn't see."

"The owner was my best friend and I was brought on to bring him to the industry norm, technology wise."

"Be open minded, have tough skin, and be able to multI task in areas you are not familar with."

"There is no advancement in the IT field at this company once I complete my tasks at hand."

"Need to deploy a PMP and a basic policy of work ethics."

"the employees there are not nice, they are vindictive and malicious"

"be available for question and don't penalize an employee for making a decision"
