"It was a great place for a college intern - they were organized, used textbook development methodologies, and keep a fast but manageable pace."

"Show you're knowledgeable in Microsoft technology and standard industry development methods. Then again, I was just an intern."

What don't you like about working at Ista North America?

"Things seemed a little lackadaisical from within IT. There was a vision, but I didn't feel any passionate drive towards it from those around me."

"Make things more exciting! It was relaxing, but I felt no drive."

"Where do I begin. Immature management/chaotic culture/reactionary rather than proactive direction/inability to recognize true talent....let many good people go."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Tap into those who have true industry experience rather then those who have sweet-talked their way into managerial positions. Stop relying solely upon the opinion of newly hired executives who do not understand how the utility industry works and how to keep clients happy."
