"Every week I or a coworker was threatened to be fired. we could not make any kind of complaint or recommendations if we did we were told if you have a problem leave we will replace you tomorrow"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management should be less negative, more personable and know how to work with other people from different cultures. They should also treat them with respect and consideration. Not everyone was treated equally there was a lot of discrimination in every department."
