"I’ve been with Interface for 6 months. I like the people I work with I believe that their systems used to estimate, track and manage projects is antiquated and needs to be updated in order to do my job more efficiently."
"Promises were made and ultimately not kept. Work/life balance was skewed due to 2+ hour commutes leading to 11-12 hour days most days (commute time is unpaid). Communication and organization were lacking in the department which I worked. Ultimately, I became another body with a lofty title.
