"Some longer than usual weeks around major deadlines, 45 hour work week. Location. Compensation."

"Reward people better for a job well done more, everyone here does amazing work and deserves to get more back, or at least give out a yearly bonus to the employees. Focus more on employees rather than getting the project work done, improve the company culture."
