"Close to home and easy to get to. Able to work 12 hour shifts."

"They are always hiring because nurses are always leaving. That says alot!"

"Very disorganized hospital. Level of care given by other staff was shocking!"

"Replace old managers and get new ones with new ideas. It is now about customer service!"

"Team work, patient load, caring for critically ill, cardiac monitors, great patient responses"

"Be honest and passionate about your job, tell them what made you pursue nursing; for me it was because I cared for my grandmother as an aide when she was on hospice, it sparked my passion for caring for critically ill."

"Not as much opportunity for growth as I would like."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Needs more community outreach programs, acknowledge not only the nurses who do great work, but housekeepers, aides, and food service as well, RN's are the only ones that deliver great patient care."
