"None at all. Just be yourself and be honest with what you put on your resume."

"At the mercy of a manager that was stealing from the company."

"None that I can think of. This was a long time ago, so I would believe that they have improved."

"In this position, MANNM enabled me to get my coding certification"

"Take caution with this company, make sure you are working toward a goal."
What don't you like about working at Medical Associates of Northern New Mexico?
"Once I had my certification, it was hard to get MANNM to increase my salary dute to my new certification."

"Value the employees that take the time to study and get their certifications."

"I valued the company owner's business sense. There was no pressure to get things done as long as it did not take too long."

"Always ask how long the current person interviewing has been working there."

"Management turner over in the past 5 years. 5 different managers. It was difficult to guess what each one wanted out of the Billing department. The first 7 years the manager spent time molding me and then he left."

"Stabilityin the upper management. Kindiness rewards given for job well done."

"My coworkers are the only thing that makes this job worth doing."

"DON'T..turn around and find another job! Find a company that appreciates diversity in people, instead of clones, and will respect your ideas and opinions and vales change."
What don't you like about working at Edward Jones?
"The micromanagement is insufferable. There is no room for growth and ideas are pushed away, or even taken and GIVEN away to favorites in the office. I am complete disillusioned and hate each day I have to wake up and do the same job over and over and over again."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would ensure that my management team was not self serving and egotistical. They promote undeserving applicants and they tower over you like you are a slug on the ground to dissect."

"The scheduling was not fair I felt they should schedule just as any other call center which is rotating"

"better scheduling to I've each employee the opportunity to have different shifts"

"I don't like not being able to achieve a higher position. I feel my efforts are great and my work is great and I have no chance to move up."

"Better training of their employees is definitely a suggestion and to keep employees more informed about what changes the company is going through."
