"Crosspoint Engineering was a very small company of 10 engineers doing consultation for other companies, sometimes they have a lot of projects and they need lots of people, but sometimes they don't have projects and they start to lay off employees"

"u should like traveling , self-confidence because u will face different type of customer in your job .automotive person . I think granite will ask more in your reaction against any situation with customer , more than technical questions"
