"Mismatch between responsibilities (I signed 100s of certificates of compliance for equipment in potentially explosive atmosphere) and salary+benefits. Amount of work (max. 17 hours in a day under only theoretical flexibility). Repetitive work (filling of 1000s lines with the same information for hours). Often out of home, at the manufacturers/clients site of production. Often driving after 10 hours work (my employer said it's up to you, but it was the only way to come back to my family)."
