"To think more of the worker in stand of the selves and it what car they should drive. They should listen more. For the record, I did tell them that :)"

"I am a passionate person when it comes to IT. I think anyone interviewing here needs to show some real passion for what they do. Not just wanting a job, etc."

"I don't like the political atmosphere and the EASY Button mentality with IT."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Need to become one company. We have arms of the company that openly flaunt the fact that they don't like corporate policies in regards to IT."

"My contract at JPMC terminated after two renewals - with no reason given. I would advise anyone to beware."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be ready to work 60 hours a week and receive pay for 40. There is so much oversight; you will have three managers attending all your meetings and reading all your emails. It is difficult at best to be a professional manager with so many layers of management involved in everything you do."
